Refund policy
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at info@mitriarecords.com and we will help you as quickly as possible. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Packages sent without approval will not be accepted.
Returns
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. To start a return, email us with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll review your request and provide return instructions if the request is approved.
Because our vinyl records are packaged in open-ended protective sleeves (not shrink-wrapped), we can only accept returns if the record is in unplayed, original condition. Any record showing signs of wear, handling, or playback will not be eligible for return.
For hygiene and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns on:
• Worn or washed apparel
• Vinyl records that show signs of use or handling
• Items sent back without prior approval
Refunds
Once your return is approved and the item is received in its original condition, we will process your refund back to your original payment method. Refund processing typically takes 3–5 business days after inspection.
Exchanges
We do not offer automatic exchanges. If you need a different size or item, email us and we’ll assist based on availability.
Incorrect Addresses
Please confirm your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has shipped, delivery becomes the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier first. If you still need help, email us.
Shipping Address for Approved Returns
A return address will be provided only after a return request is approved. Do not send items back without authorization.
