Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days unless otherwise noted. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Most U.S. orders ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Larger orders may ship via UPS or FedEx.

Delivery Times
Domestic U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays that are out of our control.

Pre-Orders
If an item is a pre-order, the estimated ship date will be listed on the product page. Orders containing pre-order items will ship together once all items are in stock unless noted otherwise.

Order Issues & Lost Packages
Once an order is shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but missing, please contact the carrier first. If you still need help, you can reach us at info@mitriarecords.com.

International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Address Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
